Can you make cookies gluten-free / vegan / dairy free?
Yes! We can make cookies gluten free (GF), dairy free (DF), or vegan upon request. There is no minimum order required, just let us know your needs when ordering. Please note, we do not offer sugar free cookies.

How long will the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed up to 8 days when stored in an airtight container. Fondant helps keep them soft.

Can I customize the design?
Yes! We love creating custom designs for birthdays, weddings, holidays, and special events. Contact us with your ideas, colours, or themes.

How should I store my cookies? 
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating, as this can cause condensation on the fondant.

Do you ship cookies?
Yes, we offer shipping. Each cookie is carefully packaged to prevent damage. Shipping times and costs depend on location so please get in touch

Can the cookies be frozen?
Yes, most cookies can be frozen. Freeze fondant covered cookies in their original cellophane bag in an airtight container. Thaw at room temperature before opening the container to avoid condensation on the fondant. Please note, thawing may disrupt delicate details such as edible paint, sprinkles, gold leaf, or other added elements. Cookies with edible toppers cannot be frozen.

What is two-toned fondant, and why is it more expensive?
Two-toned fondant cookies feature additional layers of fondant and more intricate decorating, which requires extra time and skill. More fondant is used for these designs, which may slightly affect the overall taste of the cookie. The higher price reflects the extra fondant, labour, and craftsmanship involved in creating the two toned cookie

How do pick-up times work?
Once a pick-up date and time are confirmed, I schedule my day around that time to ensure your cookies are ready and fresh. Please note that just because I mentioned general availability does not guarantee I will be home at that time only the confirmed pick-up time is final. Please let me know if you are running late on the day.

Do the colours on the fondant cookies stay the same over time?
Some colours may fade or change if cookies are placed in direct sunlight or left under indoor lighting for an extended period. To preserve the colours store cookies in a cool, shaded area away from direct light.
